Draft, not reviewed by a lawyer
These documents describe how the Service actually works, but no lawyer has reviewed them. Before you start selling, show them to a legal professional in your country — especially the parts on liability, refunds and data transfers.
Hourgrid (the “Service”) is provided by [not filled in], registration number [not filled in], address [not filled in]. Contact: [not filled in].
The Service is software available over the internet: schedule, bookings, clients, money, tasks and shifts for your venue. Premises, equipment and dealing with guests are yours; we are responsible only for the software working.
You are responsible for keeping access safe and for what the people you invite to your workspace do. You assign roles and rights yourself.
One person can belong to several workspaces; their data is separated and not reachable across them.
The subscription is charged in advance for the chosen period and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period — access remains until then.
The trial is given once per workspace. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
If the Service was down through our fault for more than 24 hours in a row, we refund that time on your request. Unused time after a voluntary cancellation is not refunded.
The data you enter — bookings, clients, amounts — is yours. We process it to provide the Service and do not use it for our own purposes.
You can export it at any time; after a workspace is closed it is deleted within the period stated in the privacy policy.
Do not enter other people's data without the right to do so, attempt to reach other workspaces, load the Service with automated requests beyond reason, or resell access to third parties.
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damages. Our liability is in any case limited to what you paid over the last three months.
This does not remove liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may change. We will announce material changes at least 30 days in advance; by continuing to use the Service after they take effect you accept the new version.
The law of the country where [not filled in] is registered applies. A dispute is first addressed in writing and only then in the courts at our place of registration, unless the law requires otherwise.
